When pregnant, you can apply this breathing technique for delivery. You want to have a clear mind to prepare a baby into this world without any negativity. You can focus all of your energy on delivering your baby.
Yoga also helps with knowing your body and knowing what position is most comfortable for you. In yoga, you know how far you can push your body to doing a position and holding it for a certain amount of time.
