A typical day in the raw food family

Good morning

fellow RAWFOOD PARENTS,

it is 8 o’clock in the morning and all the children are awake now waiting for their morning smoothie!

We love to start the day with a green smoothie, to make sure all the children have at least some green intake.

Our smoothie is with spinach (baby leaf), ripe bananas and water..and that is about it!

Everyother day we use a mixture of stinging nettles or chickweed with spinach- but they like spinach the most,

because the smoothie is really sweet than. It is our idea to have a really sweet and tasty smoothie, that the children just

love to drink it!

Many parents asked us what we eat on a daily basis, that is why I decided that I am gonna start  posting exactly what we ate everyday , to give you an idea .
