About us

We are the Rawfoodfamily with four raw kids and live on a healthy, natural mostly raw diet since six years.
We teach families about healthy nutrition for children.
Back in 2005 when our second son named Jaro was 14 months old, he always had a sticky nose and developed a cough that made him throw-up sometimes.
The doctor said: “Your son has ASTHMA.”
We were shocked!
Our small, pure son with asthma? I just thought “I don`t want this to be true! I want to have two healthy children and not to worry all the time”.
So out of desperation we jump-stareted into this new diet together as a family and…. ta-ta:
Jaros symptoms were gone within 3 days and never, ever returned!!
That started us thinking about how we can share our knowledge and also provide a space for families and parents to learn.
This is why we created this website for you!
