    Can I find kale in Costa Rica? I’ve been trying to find it in supermarkets and farmers markets, under the name “col rizada”, but nobody seems to know.

    I was told only to use the dark green leaves of the Kale. What do you with the rest ?

    I have mild hypothyroid but my husband is more hypothyroid. Can we consume kale juice? Am asking as it is said that Kale should be avoided in thyroid issues. Please reply. Also my daughter does not like milk and I worry about the calcium. She may not like Kale juice. Any other alternatives?

      Like…. two pounds…

      It´s crazy I know, but you have to juice A LOT of kale to get some juice together!
      Always add some celery, and some pineapple, apples or carrots along with it, to make it sweet!
