We have become so familiar with the tropical lifestyle, that we were a little bit shocked about the change coming back. After enjoying the exotic fruits to the absolute max, and having durian and jackfruit everyday,We finally balanced our diet again together with our children. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We start our day - after swimming in the sea altogether - again with some green! We have created a real power drink which is truely magical. We buy celery (which is far smaller but more powerful here), and dark green leave veggies at the market here. The dark leaves are unknow by us, but we have tested them and they are packed with life force and nutrients, we can feel that. So we juice the green and the celery with the help of our Vitamix and a nutmilk bag. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Than we open 3-4 young coconuts which contain a lot of best, fresh coconut water. We use the water and also all the white flesh. We add some more water and a little bucket of ice, to make it cool (boy it is so warm here 24 hours!), and 4 bananas. Just a spoon of Maca and here we go! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The most powerful drink you can imagine!! &lt;br&gt;This also helps to reduce the need to eat, because we are very well nourished by this nutritional bomb. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;-----------------------------&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;After noon, we have durian (but not so much anymore - we are almost filled with the good things in durian), and some other fruits, a handfull of raw cashews, or a cucumber.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;After several times in the warm sea, playing some ball, sweating and showering we complete the day with a big salad, and a good dressing. Since we arrived here we lived mainly from fruits, because they are so good here. But I have already the feeling that this will change again. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We just enjoy the abundance of exotic fruits, until the point when we feel that we need more green again. I want to write you what we had today, to give you an exact picture. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We started the day with a green smoothie. Kids liked it.&lt;br&gt;We just used the water and flesh of two big coconuts (the best coconuts ever around here!!), added some pieces of jackfruit, and juiced about&amp;nbsp; kilo of green leave veggies. I have no idea what the name of the green was, but it were big leaves and the did not taste bitter. I bought them at the market here. We juiced them with our VITAMIX (and a nutmilk bag) which came with us all the way from UK for that reason. We added some greener gras powder (also from UK). &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This was a brilliant start in the day, of course after being to the warm sea first thing in the morning. After that we had about 5 small wild durians for 1,50 U$ per piece. Jaro is in his personal heaven! He loves durian the most in our family. I mainly had durian and 2 pieces of jackfruit. That is enough for me. In the evening we made a salad out of cucumbers, toamtoes, salad and carrots. &lt;br&gt;We made a dressing out of apple vinegar, himalayan salt and oil. That is the day. We also drink much more water here, than in the UK, because we play a lot. &lt;br&gt;We are having a lot of physical fun with the kids playing in the sea all day. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We are in paradise, and intend to stay!
