Here comes a dish, our kids really love these days.
It is kind of a salad but is actually mixed with many different components.
They have it almost daily since we returned to the United Kingdom.
It is also a very healthy meal, because it contains greens, which are very high in minerals, vitamins and high quality proteins.



Here is what you need to make this salad (for one person):

1 Avocado
2 carrots
handful of kale
2 tomatoes
1/5 cucumber

The best chocolate cake of the world!

Hello! Today we had some extraordinary food, because we celebrated Bennys birthday. Of course, we just did a delicious birthday cake, and everybody was enjoying in silence.



   


Here are the few ingredients and measurements you need to create this great cake.

200 gram virgin cacao butter
3 table spoons coconut butter
1/3 cup of agave syrup
1/4 cup of cacao powder
350 gr raw macadamia nuts

On top

strawberries or raspberries

You just have to set the cocnut butter and the cacao butter in a pot in some war...

Raw food recipes - pizza

Here comes one of the most amazing and best tasting raw food recipes from this side of the universe:

Raw Pizza with the Rawfoodfamily.


We first created the underground, mainly consisting out of Sunflower seeds, Linseeds and soya-sauce. This comes in the dehydrator and will stay there for one day.

Than we created a tomato sauce as first layer on the ground. Just tomatos, italian herbs, a sip of oil and salt.

You can add all sorts of veggies on that, whatever you like!

How to do Raw food burgers

Here comes adelicious raw food recipe:

Raw Burgers. It is easy to make, and tastes delicious.
All you need is:



300-400 gr Brazil nuts
300-400 gr carrots
1 bunch of parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
1 squeezed lemon
a bit of salt, Soya sauce


Mix it all together, and form the burgers out of it. Then serve it with tomato, peppers, cucumber, onions, what ever you like!
