Green smoothie: If you start doing green smoothie and your kids do not like anything green so much, we recommend, that you make it much more banana less green and only spinach, just enough to give the banana smoothie a green colour! Your kids will experience a fantastic sweet tasting banana smoothie with a green colour. This will help you to create the feeling within your kids, that something green is tasting good! Once they got used to the green colour of the smoothie, and love it, slowly increase the amount of green. Give yourself time, this should be fun!! You should end up at the smoothie we describe here, but it can take weeks to have this amount of green in it, and your children accepting it. Again, maybe start with only spinach (about 150 gr) and slowly add the wild edibles, because most of them are intense tasting ad it needs time for the kids to accept them as well. Play around with the green, and see, what they will like!
1. 250 - 300 gramm spinach (or kale) mixed with wild edibles 2. at least 1 liter of fresh spring water 3. 1 peeled orange 4. 3-4 fully ripe bananas (they should have little brown dots at the outside)
