Hello,

Today we had a late breakfast, because the kids played so intense directly , when they woke up this morning. But anyway:

Breakfast:


Green smoothie for the boys
an apple and stinging nettles for Ronja

Carrot and avocado


Lunch:


"Jum-Pot"

  • 200gr macadamia nuts, grinded to dust
  • 1/2 squeezed orange
  • carob powder
  • lucuma
  • 1 teaspoon yacon syrup
together with some green!

we wanted to do some sushi today, but the kids just asked again for carrots and Avi. It is almost magical how simple they want to eat. They are so happy these days with their ripe avocados and carrots. It  might change anytime, but right now, they love it every day.

That was it for today! The wild green is so abundand growing these days, that we find it easy to pick all around the house. Even that we eat it every day, we have the feeling that because of the winter with less available wild green, we have to eat as much as possible to fill our reservoirs.
The green theses days is so powerful and high vibrant, that it has an beautiful effect on us. We almost forgot the high energetic feeling you get, when you puck something and eat it right away. The plant is assimilated in your body, and it has not even realized, that it has been picked!
