We just wanted to start, a diary about the food we eat as a family. So you will get an idea about what we and especially our kids are eating.
Breakfast
Green smoothie:
300-400 gr Nettles, spinach
3 bananas
1 peeled orange
At least 1 l water
half a cup hemp seeds (makes it creamy! Jum-jum)
sliced red peppers filled with avocado and some sprouts on top
lunch
Wild edibles together with
a yum-pot
some macadamia nuts
1 peeled orange
lucuma and some superfood powder (maca)
carob powder
afternoon
another green smoothie
evening
carrot and avocado,
GREEEEEEEEEEN (spinach and some wild edibles. I was sitting next to themm with gloves on my hand rolling stining nettles. Once they are rolled and crushed between your fingers, they wont burn anymore.)
Thats about it for today!! Kids are just going to bed with kathi now, and I am writing to you. I had nothing to eat today, just two cups of smoothie and some wild edibles. I am looking forward to make me a nice salad now with a beautiful avocado, orange dressing!!
