A coconut with a message called LOVE!

We just went out to the beautiful beach today with Katie and my 3 kids. We went down to Manuel Antonio here in Costa Rica and enjoyed the warm sea.



We met an old man, who was selling coconuts. So we bought 5 of them out of a box filled with ice. They were so good. And just while he was opening them a little coincidence happened.
A little heart shaped opening at the coconut appeared, and made us all smile!

GREEN BEAN day!


Yes, today was again one of those funny days.
If you are a parent you might know what I'm talking about.
There are these green Beans,. And, whenever I ask my children to eat them, they go „ Yak, We don't like green beans. „
So, I end up eating them alone!



But, every now and then- let's say every 3-4 weeks, they look into the fridge and find some green beans and suddendly they start eating them- like-all of them !

The perfect place for kids, familes and humans in general!

We are still celebrating our long, long holiday in the warm tropics, enjoying every day with appreciation and gratitude.

We have found the “perfect” beach here on the islands for our raw food children, were we stay right now. All our kids said that they want to move to that beach, and stay there for a couple of years.



Once we set a foot on that beach, they all run of doing different things. They only come by to our place,  to grab some food, and then they are off again, to play in the war...

Good morning

fellow RAWFOOD PARENTS,

it is 8 o'clock in the morning and all the children are awake now waiting for their morning smoothie!

We love to start the day with a
green smoothie, to make sure all the children have at least some green intake.

              



Our smoothie is wi
th spinach (baby leaf), ripe bananas and water..and that is about it!

Everyother day we use a mixture of stinging nettles or chickweed with spinach- but they like spinach the most,

Raw Pizza with the Rawfoodfamily.


We first created the underground, mainly consisting out of Sunflower seeds, Linseeds and soya-sauce. This comes in the dehydrator and will stay there for one day.

Than we created a tomato sauce as first layer on the ground. Just tomatos, italian herbs, a sip of oil and salt.
