GREEN BEAN day!
Yes, today was again one of those funny days. If you are a parent you might know what I'm talking about. There are these green Beans,. And, whenever I ask my children to eat them, they go „ Yak, We don't like green beans. „ So, I end up eating them alone!
But, every now and then- let's say every 3-4 weeks, they look into the fridge and find some green beans and suddendly they start eating them- like-all of them ! All my children sit down and empty one or two bags of green beans...

We are still celebrating our long, long holiday in the warm tropics, enjoying every day with appreciation and gratitude.
We have found the “perfect” beach here on the islands for our raw food children, were we stay right now. All our kids said that they want to move to that beach, and stay there for a couple of years.
Once we set a foot on that beach, they all run of doing different things. They only come by to our place, to grab some food, and then they are off again, to play in the war...

are a Raw food family, known as The Rawfoodfamily.com, and raise three
beautiful children on a raw diet for more than 4 years now. We
started this diet, because our middle one, called Jaro was very sick,
when he started this life here on earth. He used to have chronical
diseases like Asthma, and we had to use an inhalator 4 times a day. For
all you parents out there: Have you ever tried to force a baby to wear
this mask, which is connected to a noisy machine four times a day?
Because I am working on the TV-show so much, and do lots of interview with so many people, my kids copy me in a playful way, and do interviews themself.

The last couple of days we have been crusin`around the UK to get all the interviews together for the RAWK n`ROLL. We stayed at Shazzies place near Brighton and enjoyed it so much there. She is just a very special person!!

Today I found a really interesting information. I am pretty sure that many of you heard that before but anyway: Did you know that stinging nettles have:
30times more Vitamin C 20 times Provitamin A 40(!!!!) times more Calcium 25 times more magnesium and 50 times more iron than an ordinary organic lettuce.
