We had such an amazing day here in the UK!!

Sunlight from dusk till dawn! (But it starts to become cold at night, and we had a fire in our house to heaten up in the morning, until the sun was warm enough.) This always helps us to eat less, and absorb energy through sunlight on the skin.

We started the day with a big bucket of green veggie juice.

It did consist out of 1 bunch of celery, 7 carrots, 2 apples, 1 fully ripe pineapple and a biiig bunch of wild edibles (stinging nettles, dandelion and more).
This brought me personally over almost the whole day with great satisfaction. Our meal for lunch was veggies. we had cucumber, tomatos, salad, spinach together with a small amount of pesto (cashews, fresh basil, olive oil, garlic, lemon, salt).

Lateron the day I had a sesame honey bar, and a piece of chocolate. The kids had some mandarines, and an apple. I was joining the swimming club in the evening after katie and the kids were in bed. And I had an intense 1 hour workout session with sauna afterwards. being home i made myself a protein smoothie with 2 bananas, 5 dates, carob powder and raw rice protein powder.


I feel so good today! Sunlight, light raw food meals, exerecise and sauna! I am in heaven
