Hello everybody!

Today even 2 major changes happened within our diet. The kids said to us that they had enough of the carrots and Avocado, and they rather want the Avocado with peppers from nowon. So we went of and bought some peppers today!

and second, even more important, we deceided to improve our green smoothie recipe, because we had the feeling that we should even eat more GREEEN!!

because the wild edibles are growing high these days, we want to get loads of them and juice them; and thgen we want to put the juice together with the bananas and some spinach plus water, to make the smoothie.

So concentrated green power for the Rawfoodfamily!!

I was out there and picked bags and bags full of beautiful wild edibles, to get some juice!

So our food for today was:


Breakfast:


Green smoothie with juiced wild edibles (about 1,5 kilo Raw material!!)

We will see, how we go from here. Things are constantly changing here. That is great!
