Detox in a sweat lodge

Today I want to share one of the most amazing experiences in my life I just had yesterday!

I just had an evening off from my family yesterday, and went in the woods to join a sacred ceremony there.

We were blessed with a guest from the USA, a native American Indian and shaman.
He just guided us through a holy ceremony.

We started and sat around a really big fire, and heated stones until they were glowing red.
When they were ready we all went into the sweat lodge, really tight together and started...
