We are so lucky! We are able to witness on of the most amazing, sun-loaded summers in the United Kingdom EVER!

We are so greatful for that!

We went to the beautiful sea here in the south west and enjoyed a beach-day out together as a family. While sitting on the beach and enjoying the sunlight, I realised the importance of the sun for our health, Vitamin D production and there for the mineralisation of our body, and discussed that with my wife.

We decided to make a show about this issue and share some insights as well as some impressions about our day out at the beach.
