We want to share something today, because I was talking to Katie yesterday.

We were thinking back, how our diet during the last 4 years changed.
We were amazed to realize, that some of the raw food we almost lived on some years ago, we completly leave out of our diet right now.
Other components, we have cut back dramatically.

It is just interesting to see, how it all changes, and how much space there always is to imp[rove and develop a diet and lifestyle.

We want to share this with you, and show you what we experienced to be not beneficial to our health and why.
