How to avoid malnutrition on a raw food diet

I know that I will not receive a lot of love from the raw food movement, because I am talking about this again.
However as nobody seems to be talking about it, I feel like I have to.
Just because you eat a high-raw -or even 100% raw- food diet, does not mean that you automatically gonna be healthy.
There are some important things to watch out for, and I want to talk about them in this video.
I also want to give you some very clear and easy to use tools and tricks you can use to avoid these problems of deficiency to be even happening to you.

I hope that this information is helping you on your path towards more health and happiness.
Lots of love and a happy ‘n healthy Christmas wherever you are on earth.

I have recently heard of Spirulina for B12 and K. We have been adding it to our morning smoothies. What is your opinion, Ka?

I would prefer a high quality B12 spray for maximum absorbation rather than using spirulina. Also take better a good vitamin K 9especially k2 supplement)

Thank you for this. My family is not 100% raw but are on a journey toward healthy. With all our allergies it was getting overwhelming putting labels like vegan-raw on our diet. There were serious holes missing & my son started refusing food again. I’ve started to drop the label & look toward balanced & nutritional meals, getting as much superfood & vitamins as we can afford. We’ve even had fun picking dandelions in a neighboring down that made pesticides & lawn chemicals illegal. Inspired by My kids watching ur family go finding leaves near ur house. Ty!

Thank you SO much Ka for posting this again. I remember last time you spoke about it but this time it just seemed so much more clear and direct and full of light :)

Being in Melbourne, Australia, I’ve only just started to realise that eating LOTS of greens is what is needed to be raw. I have been struggling so much and a lot of the information about raw is skewed to fruits or a lot of nuts, neither which suit my body or our climate.

Your video above has certainly made me more determined to work towards 100% raw (have only been managing 70-80%) so far.

Thank you thank you thank you. And …

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you and your beautiful family!
