Here comes another delicious recipe of us.
it’s again simple as you need only a handful of ingredients, easy to make and also a treat for the picky eater.
We have tried this one here with our children, as as you will see in this video they absolutely love it.

Raw Food Recipes For Kids The Easy Way!

Coconut is a super source for high valuable protein, minerals and also vitamins and therefor you can say that this pudding is something you can eat to get more healthy.
All you  need is a blender, coconut, honey, a bit of vanilla and strawberries and you are good to go.

You need:

- flesh of 5 young coconuts
- water of 1 young coconut
- 5 tea-spoons of honey
- 1o strawberries
- 1 fresh stick of vanilla

    We just love that one!!! And it is really fun to watch that video, thank you! – and this cat has a heck of a vibrant energy. We are so much looking forward to spend next autumn and spring in Costa Rica! Maybe we come visit you guys for a couple of days…

    hey ka I think I’ll try to make this recipe tonight..I have one small problem…I don’t have vanilla…I have immitation vanilla, what else can I use to flavor it? THanks for the videos, they’re awesome!!!!

      You do not need the vanilla to make this an awesome recipe. Just leave it out, and it will still be incredible good!
