Raw food recipes – Sesame banana dream cream

“Let`s get healthy Ladies and Gentleman” was what I was thinking this morning, when I woke up. We were sprouting some sesame seeds yesterday, and did a very yummo sesame cream this morning with it. The kids loved it!

This time we have created a raw recipe, that not only tastes good, but is a really healthy choice, also for advanced rawfoodies.

This dish gives a dense, very healthy combination of Vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. It is so healthy, and yet tastes so delicious, and even more: On top of it, it is incredible easy to do, and so dense in nutrients, it fills your stomach, so you can go for hours with it!!

    Hola amigos!

This recipe looks really yummie and is very similar to one that Karen Ranzi suggests as a nice porridge substitute for children. I am bit confused though as to the combining of fruit and seeds (ie. in this case tahini) which. From what I gathered the combining of fats and fruit should be avoided as this causes/can cause fermentation and “internal composting”. Thanks for your insight on this. Un abrazo, Sandra
