Today I want to answer the most important question you need to get answered, on your path towards health.
I will look at this question from various different sides, and also talk about the 4 steps of success I invented in my coaching work.

If you take these four important steps, you will succeed!

But there is more.

I also want to share information about resources you might find helpful on your way, and also clever strategies you can use to trick yourself, when you experience cravings for cooked food.

Just watch the show for today, and access this important information!

Gonna Kick Some Ka Into Me! A Coaching Session With Ka Sundance

Written by Tera Warner from The Raw Divas

In preparing for our Raw Mom, Cooked Dad event, I’ve been very busy conducting interviews with some amazing people. They all leave me with SOMETHING special, profound or life-changing–like an anchor that settles itself into the seat of my soul.

I walk away with a message, something I can take action on and move forward with.

During my call with Ka Sundance, one of the anchors that settled into my soul was a discussion of suffering. Ka was articulate on this subject and discussed the fact that most people do not take action to correct or improve something until they are suffering because of it.

*BINGO!*

That was SO true. I’ve had a cyst on the back of my leg for a couple years now, and it’s not bothering me, it doesn’t hurt, or cause me any grief, and so I do NOTHING about it. The only time I really roll up my sleeves and get serious about supplementing Vitamin D, or anything, is when I catch a cold, or I’m not feeling well.

I wait until it hurts.

Talking with Ka was like tapping into an electrical socket of inspiration. I told him during the call what an inspiration he was and he had the best response ever!

Anyway, after speaking with Ka, I decided I would see what he’s got to offer as a coach and see if HE would be the one to help me take things up a notch for myself. As much as I love my life and am thrilled by what I do, it’s great to have someone who’s willing to help you raise the bar a bit. We’ll find out if he’s the one, because I’ve scheduled a consultation with him this Friday.

This call will be recorded, so if you’re not able to attend the call, or you’re just reading this when the consultation has already happened, you can still listen in by clicking THIS LINK BELOW:

I can really feel it’s the best thing I’ve ever done and I couldn’t be more inspired about getting it out there and making it amazing! It’s almost as if my life is telling the story right now, and I just can’t wait to see how it all turns out. I wouldn’t admit having a secret agenda (converting my man over to the rabbit food way of life), but I do hope, wonder, look for answers to this crazy Raw Mom, Cooked Dadsituation and I think I’m finding them particular that pretty much knocked my socks off. Don’t let his unassuming web design fool you. This is a class act with more integrity than  some gurus can stuff in their shoe.

Ka Sundance offered to do a LIVE consultation with me and I thought that would be a great way to introduce all of you to his style, wisdom and experience.

If you’d like to tune in to my consultation with him, you can access the teleseminar ! These are a few of the questions I’ll be asking Ka, and I look forward to seeing how he responds! I want to discuss:

  • Why do I still struggle sometimes with late night eating?
  • Why I can’t seem to get off salt?
  • What does it take to keep my finger out of the cooked soup bowl when my kids are around?
  • What’s keeping me from being 100% (like no compromises ever) raw?
  • What’s up with this cyst of mine? I feel like I should do some intense fast to get rid of it, but I’m “not built” for that.

Okay! I hope you find this as interesting as I know I will. Feels kinda funny putting it all out there, but we’ll see if he can kick some Ka into me !
