The 9 biggest mistakes on a Rawfood diet

Today I would like to share some thoughts about the mistakes you can do on a Raw food diet. If you try to avoid these mistakes, you will experience all the beautiful benefits, Raw foodies talk about all the time!

  1. Avoid eating too much. Most of the time we eat, we eat because of emotional reasons, we eat because we are sad, angry, excited or lonesome. there are so many reasons to eat. But the best reason is: Eat when you are hungry!!
  2. Avoid bad food combinations. Dont combine for example nuts and dried fruits, or when you do that, eat just a little amount of this.
  3. Avoid supermarket fruits and veggies! Eat only ORGANIC
  4. Don´t overeat fats!  Most nuts are not raw anyway, and they are not so good to digest . best sources of fat is: Coconut, Avocado, raw olives and some fatty fruits like: DURIAN
  5. One of the biggest Mistakes: Not eating enough green leaf vegetables!!! This is so important. Make sure you eat plenty of green every day!!! You must make sure you do that, when you want to feel vibrant and superhealthy!!
  6. Sleep enough,
  7. Get good relaxation,
  8. Go outside in  nature and
  9. Do some sport!!

If you take care of these principles you will be on the safe side and experience such a vibrant health, you never ever thought that it was possible!!
