The beauty of green juices and how to make them – the easy way!
Day after day, people have very busy lives and every minute is crucial. You could be driving in traffic trying to get to work and drop the kids off at school, or trying to get at least an hour of work out in before the day is over or hurrying home to make dinner for the family.
Sometimes we as human can forget to do things, because their lives are so busy with so much to do and with so little time. Even eating healthy can be a challenge. You may not have the time to make a favorite meal because you have a meeting or an appointment to go to. That’s where green smoothies can come in hand. You can drink it for breakfast lunch or dinner.
If you happen to wake up late one morning you know you can easily throw in vegetables and fruits in a blender a voila you have a healthy meal that is providing you body with nutrients and the best part is won’t take up a lot of time to make or clean up. If you find yourself exhausted from a busy day and you are too tired to make a meal, green smoothies are the answer.
Making green smoothies require very little ingredients:
- A bunch of dark green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach, chard, roman lettuce (or of course: Wild greens!) etc.
- Fruits
- Water, orange juice or even coconut water for the liquid
Simply put it all in the blender and blend for a few seconds and you are done. That’s all! So when you are on the go and time is of the essence or too tired to make a meal, make a green smoothie.
